Tip 2: Forget Password?

What do you do if you forgot your password?
Simply, go to http://www.gotomeeting.com/ and click on “Log In” on the left side panel under the GoToMeeting Logo. Click on “Forgot your Password?” under the Password box, or simply click here to change your password. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions to change your password.

To prevent this from happening again, right click on your GoToMeeting icon on your taskbar or the systems tray at the bottom right of your PC screen. Click on preferences. In the Start Up category, you will see a place to enter your Email and Password. Be sure to select "Remember me on this computer" if you are not using a public PC. By doing this, you can change your password at any time without having to remember it. You also will never have to enter your password unless you are entering through the web or on another PC.

Tip 1: GoToMeeting and NFuse

GoToMeeting and NFuse are not compatible for organizers. You cannot start a GoToMeeting while in NFUSE. Instead, you must go to in a separate browser outside NFuse. However, you can join a meeting through NFuse.
